Integrated Services for Infectious Disease Outbreak Research (ISIDORe) is an EU-funded project under the Horizon Europe program that unites a multidisciplinary consortium of 17 European research infrastructures to offer integrated services for combatting current and future infectious disease outbreaks.

Progetto Isidore

The ISIDORe project gives researchers access to numerous facilities, services, advanced equipment and expertise, accelerating the generation of new knowledge and intervention tools to enhance Europe’s capacity for controlling (re)emerging and epidemic infectious diseases, starting with the COVID-19 pandemic.

The comprehensive portfolio of high-quality research services provided by the ISIDORe project is reported in an open-access catalogue available at the official ISIDORe website. The provision of research services to scientists is organized through calls for proposals, which allow the selected research projects to access ISIDORe resources for free.

The Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale delle Venezie (IZSVe), through the EVAg network, is one of the laboratories involved in the ISIDORe project, for which it provides models with a high translational value in the fields of respiratory diseases and arboviruses.
