Stefano Affolati is director of the complex structure SCA2 – Supplies and Logistics Management Department of the Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale delle Venezie (IZSVe).
Born in 1967, with a degree in political science and economic policies, he obtained a postgraduate degree in law and practice of Public Works. Through his decennial career among purchasing offices and supply management department of local health authorites in the North East of Italy, he obtained a deep legal and administrative experience in the public procurement sector.
